Climb aboard a spacious airboat and race across the bayou at speeds of up to 40 mph before slowing down to explore the hidden marshes where traditional boats can’t go. - Please display your barcoded voucher as your ticket 15 minutes in advance of your tour time at our Lighthouse Ticket Office at Toulouse St. and the Mississippi River. All tours and cruises depart from here, at the Steamboat NATCHEZ dock (400 Toulouse St. New Orleans, LA 70130), directly behind the JAX Brewery. - In case of inclement weather, the tour may be shortened, postponed or replaced with a similar tour on a covered boat.
- Tour is rain or shine. Ponchos are available for purchase at the swamp.
- Wear comfortable, casual attire based on weather conditions. Please note that you may get wet.

- Not wheelchair accessible. All passengers must be able to board airboat without staff assistance.
